How exactly is hair serum used? On wet hair or is it okay to use on dry hair?

Do I have to use it before blow-drying on wet hair? Or can I use it after blow-drying on dry hair? How exactly is hair serum used? On wet hair or is it okay to use on dry hair?
Either way is OK depending on the products. Serums are generally used with a different ';base';. They are often concentrated such as Argan Oil, Jojoba Oil, or Emu Oil, or blended with a base such as aloe, panthenol or water.

They can be used in conjunction with shampoos or conditioners on wet hair, after you've washed and before styling, or as a leave-in conditioner after drying and before styling.

Products like Argan Oil are best used before drying. It speeds the drying time (and gives lots of shine). Emu Oil, on the other hand, is thicker, but adds tons of moisture.

As an across the board answer, I would recommend use before drying. I would recommend following directions provided with the product, however. Most have been tested both ways. How exactly is hair serum used? On wet hair or is it okay to use on dry hair?
Either or.

However, best results: in the middle of blowdrying when its semi wet apply a TINY bit to just the bits and really pull your fingers through it and disperse it evenly.. importanttt!! use a little othrerwise you'll end up with a gross greesy mess.

if you're having a super bad hair day you can put a tiny bit in dry hair but results vary.
use it dry hair or wet hair.......if you do use it on dry hair it also kind of bring a shine.
Its fine I think nothing happens
It doesn't matter.

Either way, it still works.

:]
i suggest on damp hair but it really doesnt matter like leave in conditioner
