I condition my hair all the time but it is super dry. It was never like this until about 6 months ago. It seems to fall out more than it should also or it is just breaking.

do a massage with hairoil for 1 hr before shampooing n for shampoo u can use Garnier oil repair...it works...
Did you happen to bleach it at all which may have caused the damage? Try using a hydrating shampoo like the one by herbal essences.
If all else fails go to a hair salon and ask what to do.
try gnarey (i know i can't spell it) but its at wal*mart and its in a bright green bottle. it helpped my hair. i hope it helps yours.
