My hair is dyed, damaged and feels like straw.. I seem to be the poster child for messed up frizzies as well lol.. What i did is bought a brand of shampoo and conditioner called PUREOLOGY. It's the best ive ever used.

Look it up on Ebay it would be your best bet, most retail stores sell it for about 20 -40 dollars a bottle.

Amazing stuff.. :)
There are so many products available but many of them do not work on people with really coarse, dry hair. I know it is expensive, but try KERASTASE (by Loreal, their higher end), they make an incredible mask for dry, rough hair. If you think about all the money you might spend on products trying to get one that works, it evens out in the end. Better to start with the best than waste time on unproven products. I do not work for any company or anything, I just suffer from dry coarse hair and I finally spoke to a very reputable stylist at an expensive salon in NYC.

Take good care,

Use an anti - frizz spray like

John Frieda Frizz ease, nourishment :)

It is a great smelling, spray, it is a leave in

conditioner, so when your hair is wet just spray

it and blow dry :) ! , works for me . Hope this helps :)
Use a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. And for hair serum.. use BIOSILK. It works great for me!!

For shampoo, i use ';back to basics'; rich moisture coconut and mango.
when i had normal hair i had the same problem.

your drying your hair out, you need to moisten it again.

avoid using hair sprays or anything that can damage your hair and try using honey as a conditioner.

once youve shampooed your hair, apply as much honey as you want into your hair and then wash it out as normal.

honey is a natural conditioner with no other added nasty chemicals.
here's an article on what you need: http://www.jurgita.com/articles-id4.html
Use Alberto VO5 Hairdressing, use very sparingly at first, until you get the right anount for your hair, use only about a pea size amount.

It is an oil based product so if you use too much you will have a 'slick look'

Dry hair tends to be thin and rough so try washing less often .To prevent your hair from becoming dry and brittle, avoid using hot curling irons, bleaching and perming .Check out http://solutionsfordryhair.blogspot.com/ for more info.
