What is the best shampoo and conditioner for long and dry hair?

My hair is long, wavy, and dry and it's also kind of damaged from heat and stuff. so do u have any recommendations for shampoo and conditioner that will really work i don't care if its expensive it just has to work. also, what kind of deep conditioner should i use?What is the best shampoo and conditioner for long and dry hair?

it works great on dry long hair.


Then apply the conditioner around your ends to keep the smooth.


Plus if you have split ends try ';Bed Head'; 's ';Ego Boost split end mender, leave-in-conditioner'; it works great to help protect your hair.


All these products can be expensive at a salon so i reccomend

Herbal Essences or Aussie.


Aussie will probably damage your hair less, and there are some creams and sprays out there that''ll prevent heat damage. I have Dove Heat Therapy stuff and I spray it on before I curl/straighten/3 barrel/blowdry everytime. It helps prevent heat damage. TREsemme is a really good brand i heard, i have their hairspray and it isn't that good, but their shampoos and conditioners work really well. (I heard but i still suggest going with Aussie)
Everyone that said Dove Heat Therapy is right!! I have that shampoo and i LOVE it. Also if you get any kind of deep moisturizing conditioner and leave it on for around 20 min and rinse it usually helps a lot :)
