What is a good product to use for damage and dry hair?

I dyed my hair twice in a month and it kinda got dry from the ends and started breakin....What can i use to prevent any more damage? What is a good product to use for damage and dry hair?
You are preaching to the choir. First and foremost you need to be drinking 1-2 gallons of water a day as well as taking a multi-vitamin and a gelatin supplmenent. On your ends you should be doing a weakly hot oil treatment with jojoba oil mixed with avacodo oil and/or sweet almond oil (Make sure you purchase these oils from GNC or the vitamin shoppe) Slap this stuff on the ends of your hair and put a shower cap on your head. If you have a hood dryer sit under it for 15 minutes and then shampoo the stuff out. If you dont have a hood dryer, sleep with it in your hair and then shampoo it out in the morning. Follow with a deep conditioning treatment (helman's mayonaise works great but smells like a salad!) You could even use any cholesteral treatment. Leave that in your hair for an hour and again shampoo it out and follow with a detangling/instant conditioner. Garnier fructis conditioners are great too. Also try Redken's extreme snap leave in treatment once all the washing and conditoning is complete (miracle stuff!)What is a good product to use for damage and dry hair?
OK there are a few things to do. first get a trim to remove as much breakage as possible. have a deep treatment while there tea tree oil if available. then at home use something kind like dove for damaged hair shampoo and conditioner. wash only once a week not everyday. use something like biosilk , it looks oily but when applied to damp damaged hair it soaks right in and keeps it looking healthier when it drys. avoid the hair dryer unless using a hair treatment that requires heat while applied. deeep with tea tree oil is also good by aussie. you use the biosilk after you towel pat dry hair apply about a quarter size rub on hand then run hands thru hair. you can apply a little in mornings before going out to aid in fly away control also.
pantene is a really good product. i used it ONCE and my hair was already softer.
The natural rememdy no matter what you do to your hair is to use any type of Mayonaise as a deep conditioner//you apply it before you shampoo, let it sit on for 30 minutes or leave on overnight with a plastic bag if you leave it overnight then tye down the plastic bag with a scarf, then shampoo your hair twice with a conditioning shampoo then apply the 1 or 3 mintues conditoner and bamm your hair has recieved all the oils from the mayo and has total conditions this needs to be done once a month or if you use a lot of harsh chem twice a month you can even heat it up a little for about a minute in the microwave before applying.
Hair color does have a tendency to dry hair out and since it does you should use a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. Youi should try matrix sleek smooth system
I had some perms that fried my hair (and I have tough, thick hair) and I asked my hairdresser at the time. She had a habit of reading what was in the hair care products most commonly available so she could know how to advise her customers. I don't remember the explanation now but she suggested Aussie 3 minute Miracle ($5.99 @ Wal-Mart).

I swear by that stuff now, and it's been years! I can tell a big difference if I switch to another brand and always end up going back.

Leave it in for the full time (3 min.) at least or as long as you can. I shampoo first, apply conditioner and then shower, shave, etc. then rinse. Only shampoo every other day, and try to let it air dry as much as possible. (Heat dries out your hair) I tend to leave it rolled up in a towel while I do makeup or whatever (mine holds a lot of water); then I let it down, comb it and put some root-lifting spray at the roots and massage that in; a styling cream on the bottom half (if I want a little more conditioning) and then I aim the dryer at my roots for lift, and maybe flip the ends a little and leave it to dry the rest of the way on it's own.

I've had highlights that made my hair feel more dry too and if it looks dry I apply a shine spray only on those ends.

Hope this helps!
Go to your local beauty supply store and you can find hot oil treatments and other stuff for dry damaged hair, if you ask someone who works there, they should be able to help you out.
First a good trim is in order.Personally I prefer Botonoil shampoo and Humectress conditioner by Nexxus.Your hair will probably be dry for a while.I would discotinue with the hair coloring until your hair is in better shape.
