Does anyone know how to help dry hair damaged from chemicals?

Well, last year I went to get a permanent hair straighting done. In a few months after the procedure, my hair begins to get the feeling of it being greasy within a day, and when I wash it, it becomes extremely dry and it gets matted when wet. Alot of my hair is falling out too, which is fairly bad because my hair is fine/thin. Does anyone know how I can make the situation better? Such as what products should I use? Or if I should put leave-in conditioner in my hair all the time?Does anyone know how to help dry hair damaged from chemicals?
First, starting taking a B Vitamin to help your new hair grow in healthier. Go to a health food store to find out exactly what you need. Now, you need to use a good moisturizing shampoo. I use Brilliant Brunette from The John Freida Collection. If you're blonde or redheaded, use the one for your color. But make sure it has the blue stripe that says Moisturizing on it. Next, you need to find a really good hair mask or deep conditioner. I use Enjoy Hair Mask. Once you have one of those, use it twice a week for about 15-20 minutes, 25 at most. After two or three weeks of that, you can follow the directions on the bottle. Mine says use for 2-5 minutes after washing hair. But if you wash your hair every other day, only do the mask once a week, and washing every other day seems about right for your hair. If you find that with the moisturizing shampoo your hair is too greasy all the time, wash less often, maybe every two or three days. This is a long process, but it's worth it. I went through a really bad phase with my hair, and now it's really healthy after doing all of this!

The grese in your hair could be of product overload..if you live in the UK then you can go to boots and look for 'boots expert build up removal shampoo'

if you live in the US then i think you should look for something similar

Your hair is already damaged so when your hair i too dry then i suggest you dont use any sort of chemical based products. Stick to natural products such as olive oil or coconut oil. Simply add olive/coconut oil to the hair and wrap it with a towel or a cap. Sleep with the product and the next day you should wash your hair with products which are specially for damaged hair.

Your hair should feel soft and moisturized. Do this three times a month since your hair is so damaged! And every 4weeks you should cut your ends.

In no time you will have beautiful strong and healthy hair :) x
