mash up and avacado

and put 1/4 teaspoon of olive oil or any type of oil mixed with the mashed up avacado
I've never heard of using coconut oil. My stepmom told me to try baking soda. Just a small amount (quarter-sized) added to my shampoo or conditioner made my hair pretty silky. Sometimes the water alone will dry out hair....like at my house, we used to have really hard water, and it would take a toll on my hair. But we got a water softener, and now it's so much better just because of that.

But I'd try the baking soda;)
Yes you can use. A generous oil application and massage is recommended before washing the hair. Frequent shampooing is harmful for dry hair. Check out http://solutionsfordryhair.blogspot.com/ for more info.
